A 100% pure Aramon vineyard planted in the 1950s.
This thin-skinned variety with generous berries produces wines with not much structure, a clear colour and a truly fruity aroma.
The region where plots are located benefits from a cool microclimate that guarantees a digestible wine with low levels of alcohol.

100% pure Cinsault vineyard planted in the 1950s
For a long time, Cinsault was devoted to make rosé wines or to soften red wines but the variety used per se offers some of the finest bottles.
The plot benefits from a chilly microclimate, similar in its effects to the Aramon vineyard and which also suffered from the aforementioned wine crisis.
If certain policies diabolised Cinsault, it was only to give the vintage a hell of a name…

As a blend of selected plots, grapes used in POIVRE D’ÂNE take the best of a very cool microclimate.
Experience freshness and drinkability. Although organic certification was not obtained for this vineyard, its mindful winemakers have been working alongside nature for generations.
Working in close proximity might always be the best guarantee.

Blinded by bright sunlight, « Eclat de Soleil » makes the most of sun-kissed golden grapes, a perfect Mediterranean ingredient.
Despite king variety Chardonnay flourishes all around the world, it fully blossoms and reaches its potentiality in this very region.
As it goes through a carefully monitored maturation, you can bet your Chardo’ will not be unbalanced.

A collaboration with a 94-year old lady based in AOC Châteauneuf du Pape led to the conception of the Newcastle wine.
It’s made of Grenache noir harvested from an old vineyard…
Old vineyard for a new castle? Indeed, « New Castle » is just the literal translation for « Château Neuf » (you heard it here first).

Relying on organic methods in its vineyard for some 50 years, DUR A CUIR is
sustainable by essence, with no excessive intervention on grapes to guarantee total expression of terroir.
Tannat, the real star here, is a grape variety known to be temperamental, giving the wine opulence and nerve. Hard as Nails, we told you!
